Nastasja Otrebski (LLB)
Founder and Director
Nastasja Otrebski is the Founder and Director of Otrebski Attorneys. She is the driving force behind Otrebski Attorneys. As the firm’s founder and lead attorney, she brings years of legal experience and a deep commitment to client care. She obtained her LLB from the University of Johannesburg (UJ), building the academic foundation for a career defined by determination, strategic thinking and hands-on legal experience.
Known for her ability to handle high-pressure matters with calm authority, Nastasja leads the team with integrity, empathy and precision. Her journey, marked by simultaneously working and studying towards her qualification, has shaped her strong work ethic and practical approach to law. She has since gone on to handle complex and high-profile criminal matters with confidence and focus.
The foundation of Otrebski Attorneys stems from Nastasja’s vision to create a women-led law firm that prioritises clients, results and relationships. Rather than viewing clients as billable hours, she believes in providing genuine care, hope, open communication and strategic legal representation throughout every matter.

Natalie Venter (LLB & LLM)
Senior Associate
Natalie Venter is a Senior Associate at Otrebski Attorneys. She is a highly skilled attorney with extensive experience across various areas of law, particularly commercial litigation and criminal law. She obtained her LLB from the University of Johannesburg (UJ), followed by an LLM in Public International Law from the University of Johannesburg (UJ).
Known for her meticulous attention to detail, firm negotiating style and compassionate client engagement, Natalie plays a pivotal role as Senior Associate in managing complex cases and mentoring junior staff.
During her LLM, Natalie focused her dissertation on the intersection of ISIS and the International Criminal Court. Her academic achievements also earned her an invitation to the prestigious Golden Key International Honour Society, and she later contributed her expertise as a legal analyst to an international law firm.
Her experience across commercial litigation and criminal law enables her to approach complex matters strategically while remaining focused on each client’s individual circumstances and objectives.
As a senior member of Otrebski Attorneys, Natalie contributes to the firm’s high professional standards and collaborative approach, combining thorough preparation with practical, results-driven legal strategies.
Kerishni Pillay (LLB)
Candidate Attorney
Kerishni is a passionate and diligent candidate attorney, currently undergoing her legal training under the mentorship of the Otrebski Attorneys team. She obtained her LLB degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA), providing her with a strong academic foundation for her developing legal career.
With a keen interest in commercial, criminal and family law, Kerishni brings a fresh perspective and energy to the firm’s work. Her professionalism, eagerness to learn and client-first approach make her a valuable part of the practice.
